Connect Claude

Maya Insights connects to AI assistants over the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You add one URL as a custom connector and sign in once.

Your MCP URL​

https://mcp.mayainsights.com/mcp

This URL is the same for everyone. It is not a secret and not specific to your organization — what makes your data yours is the sign-in step below.

Add the connector​

  1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Paste the MCP URL above and confirm. Claude opens your browser — sign in to Maya Insights to authorize the connection.
  3. Open a new chat. You're connected.

If you belong to more than one organization, you choose which one to connect during sign-in.

How authorization works​

  • You sign in with your existing Maya Insights account. Claude never sees your password.
  • The connection can only read data for the organization you authorized.
  • Every tool is read-only. Nothing an assistant does can change your data or your store.
  • A session lasts 30 days, after which you sign in again.
  • You can revoke access at any time from your Maya Insights account settings. Revoking takes effect immediately.

Other assistants​

Any assistant that supports custom MCP connectors over Streamable HTTP can use the same URL. The setup wording differs between products, but the shape is identical: add the URL, complete the sign-in it opens, start a new conversation.
